Here you will find answers to frequently asked questions about the facilities of our hotel:
Depending on the season, we always offer delicacies and regional delicacies additionally as a selection in our restaurant. We serve dinner from 17:30 – 20:30.
Departure & Check-out
On the day of departure, the room must be vacated by 10:30 am. If this is not the case, we will have to charge you for an additional night.
Arrival & Check-in
Our check-in times are 14:00 – 19:00. If you are unable to arrive until later, please give us a short call.
Our hotel does not have a lift, therefore we are not a barrier-free hotel. To get to your room you will have to climb a flight of stairs. Our staff will be happy to help you with your luggage.
For breakfast we offer a rich buffet with products from the region, as well as soft-boiled organic eggs and much more. Breakfast time is from 7:30 to 10 am.
Breakfast is always included in the price of our rooms. If you have booked a flat, you can book breakfast as well, it is not included in the price.
If you invite someone to breakfast who is not a guest in our hotel, we charge € 11.00 per person.
Luggage storage on departure day
You would like to go on an excursion on your last day or enjoy another dive into the lake. No problem, we have a lockable storage room where you can leave your luggage until departure.
Dogs & Pets
We are basically a very pet-friendly establishment, even though we are not specifically geared towards this, such as a dog hotel. We do not provide food for your pet, but you will receive fresh water and a bowl from us free of charge at all times.
All our rooms are designated as non-smoking. However, each room has a balcony where you will find an ashtray.
Our parking spaces are right next to and within short walking distance of the hotel. You can park your car here free of charge for the entire duration of your stay.
In the Attersee holiday region we enjoy the privilege that our tap water is drinkable without restriction.
Intolerances & Allergies
If you suffer from any intolerances or allergies, please let us know in good time or in advance. In the restaurant, our staff will be happy to provide you with information about the products and ingredients used.
A free wireless internet connection is available throughout our hotel.
If you have not paid in advance via online booking, we offer the following payment options at reception:
